Our college coaching Plans

Flexible support. Expert Guidance. Less stress for everyone.

At NavWay, we believe families deserve a calmer, clearer, confidence-building path to college. Instead of rigid, single-component packages, our hourly plans give students access to all of our services—research, strategy, essays, the Common App, supplemental writing, activity list development, and more—for as many hours as they need.
Parents tell us over and over that having a dedicated coach relieves pressure at home, removes the “nagging,” and gives their student a neutral, trusted partner through every step of the journey.
These plans are designed to meet your family where you are—whether you’re just getting started or deep in the application cycle.

Some “Fine Print” We Want all families to know

More than anything, we aim to be flexible and supportive. If you need more time, we can provide it at a rate that’s consistent with your plan. Unused contract hours must be utilized within twelve (12) months of the date of signing an Agreement with NavWay LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused hours may be transferred to a sibling within the same family within that period. Alternatively, the Family may request a prorated refund of unused hours in writing prior to expiration.

The prices for all of our plans include meeting time (whether virtual or in-person, and we offer both), research that takes place behind-the-scenes, editing and revising time, and correspondence.
